BioPartner Center Wageningen offers office space and laboratory facilities for companies in the life sciences, food and health sectors. The building's incubator function encourages contact and cooperation between companies. BioPartner Center offers facilities for experienced companies, but also for start-ups and scale-ups. Innovative ideas are given the opportunity to grow here. Kadans Science Partner has extensive experience in finding the right specific solutions. We have over 20 years of experience

Founded in the 1990s, the specialisation of Kadans Science Partner truly began with the 2001 acquisition of BioPartner Center Wageningen, our first multi-tenant building for start-ups, scale-ups and corporate R&Ds, a first step in the direction that saw the company rapidly evolve. Since then, we have curated a much wider offering that is built for innovation. In 2010, Kadans Science Partner was founded to reflect this evolution, expanding our development focus to knowledge intensive real estate investments in the Netherlands. Kadans now operates as an international leader in the UK, Germany, Belgium, France, and most recently Spain, servicing over 400 clients within 27 science clusters in 6 countries.

 

Backed by AXA IM – Real Assets since 2020, our network continues to grow as we develop more locations and support more science clusters across Europe. In 2022, Kadans entered a joint venture with Canary Wharf to develop a c. 70,000 sqm GIA life-science focused building at Canary Wharf in London, which is set to be the commercial lab building in Europe when it opens in 2026. This ambitious initiative reflects Kadans’ objective to become the European HUB for all stakeholders in the life sciences sector in the near future.
