Processing personal data
From our website, the Kadans Community Platform and Kadans Community App visitors we process:

Additionally, you may voluntarily choose to provide us with your personal data through our website, the Kadans Community Platform, the Kadans Community App, by phone, e-mail, written letter or by other means, for one of abovementioned purposes.

We only process personal data you provided us with:

Personal data of relations, employees and applicants are collected in the following ways:

• By provision of personal data by a recruitment and selection agency;

When we receive a request we will, depending on the nature of the request, first weigh up the respective interests and assess whether we can and may comply with the request. Subsequently we will send an appropriate response.

If you have not received a timely response or if the request has been denied, you may object to the controller of Kadans. In addition, you always have the right to object to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or institute court proceedings.

Sharing personal data with third parties
We can share personal data of relations and applicants with:
• Clients, partners or customers;
• Kadans Holding B.V. or one of its operating companies;
• Service provides that are called in to provide services on behalf of Kadans;
• Third parties, including but not limited to regulators, the Tax and Customs Administration or other authorities to comply with statutory obligations.

More specifically, for some relations:
At the moment we wish to enter into an agreement with you, we may provide your data to Economic Data Resources B.V. (DAS Bedrijfsinformatie). DAS Bedrijfsinformatie will use this information to issue an opinion on the creditworthiness of your company and any possible negative comments with regard to the company’s board/management. DAS Bedrijfsinformatie uses this data to research the creditworthiness and contact details of you and your company. We conclude a processor agreement with third parties that process personal data on our behalf, to ensure an adequate level of security and confidentiality of the personal data of our relations and applicants.
